<p>The concept originates from Bob Littell, creator of the <a title="NetWeaving" href="http://NetWeaving.com" target="_blank">NetWeaving</a> concept and philosophy.  Kenneth Darryl Brown, inspired by Bob, decided to take the idea to the web and has been conducting online networking sessions since 2006. <p>Being an Atlanta sales and business executive coach, consultant and trainer, this is one of my favorite activities and a way that we  &#8220;give back&#8221;  to the business community.  We share knowledge, information and inspire to become better business owners and entrepreneurs.   These sessions are free for new invitees and includes eWeb 2 Sales clients and strategic partners.  We always encourage new people to join us.   On average,  we have about five to seven participants from Atlanta and nationwide on every session and make about 36 connections.  Since we started doing this since 2006, we have coached or connected over 3,950 business owners and entrepreneurs.  In 2010, we made 1,062 connections.  Last year, we have produced 1,470 connections.</p>
<p>What we do is a combination of networking and coaching.   Our goal is to share information, knowledge and inspire business owners and entrepreneurs to be the best that they can be.  It is a good opportunity for B2B and B2C companies.  Companies from different  industries participate.</p>

<p>Who is responsible for your sales?  Can it be delegated or outsourced?  Here is example of something that we see all the time.  And, that is when the owner is uncomfortable with his or her sales skills.  Or,  they want to transfer the responsibility without creating a complete sales system for a new product or service.  It is the owner who must &#8220;get in the trenches&#8221; and  learn what it takes to &#8220;make the sale&#8221;.</p>
<p>Most times for a young company, the best sales person is the owner who created the product or service.   That responsibility can&#8217;t be delegated or outsourced.  Is it possible to give the sales responsibility to someone else without achieving sales success yourself?   As the owner, you are accountable and responsible for the sales success of your company.  In the beginning, it is the owner who must be the best sales person.  Who else has the background, experience and depth of knowledge?   Only after achieving some sales success can you transfer sales responsibilities to others.</p>

<p>The concept originates from Bob Littell, creator of the <a title="NetWeaving" href="http://NetWeaving.com" target="_blank">NetWeaving</a> concept and philosophy.  Kenneth Darryl Brown, inspired by Bob, decided to take the idea to the web and has been conducting online networking sessions since 2006. <p>Being an Atlanta sales and business executive coach, consultant and trainer, this is one of my favorite activities and a way that we  &#8220;give back&#8221;  to the business community.  We share knowledge, information and inspire to become better business owners and entrepreneurs.   These sessions are free for new invitees and includes eWeb 2 Sales clients and strategic partners.  We always encourage new people to join us.   On average,  we have about five to seven participants from Atlanta and nationwide on every session and make about 36 connections.  Since we started doing this since 2006, we have coached or connected over 3,950 business owners and entrepreneurs.  In 2010, we made 1,062 connections.  Last year, we have produced 1,470 connections.</p>
<p>What we do is a combination of networking and coaching.   Our goal is to share information, knowledge and inspire business owners and entrepreneurs to be the best that they can be.  It is a good opportunity for B2B and B2C companies.  Companies from different  industries participate.</p>

<h4>My Results</h4>
<p>After these three events (blogging, podcasting, and online meetings) changed my business, I began to see the web as a powerful tool for success.</p>
<p>It made sense to incorporate the web into my business and here are my  results:</p>
<p>1. I began to save money, gas, and time by conducting more online first-call appointments, versus traditional face-to-face meetings. My typical completed appointments doubled and I found that I was able to book appointments a lot quicker. As you know, more appointments that you have the more sales opportunities. Consequently, this reduced my sales costs and expenses and increased my cash flow.</p>
<p>2. I increased my sales, profit and profit margin, which improved to about 80 percent without increasing costs. That means, for every dollar my business takes in, I keep 80 cents. That’s a good thing and more money for me and my business.</p>

<p>The concept originates from Bob Littell, creator of the <a title="NetWeaving" href="http://NetWeaving.com" target="_blank">NetWeaving</a> concept and philosophy.  Kenneth Darryl Brown, inspired by Bob, decided to take the idea to the web and has been conducting online networking sessions since 2006. <p>Being an Atlanta sales and business executive coach, consultant and trainer, this is one of my favorite activities and a way that we  &#8220;give back&#8221;  to the business community.  We share knowledge, information and inspire to become better business owners and entrepreneurs.   These sessions are free for new invitees and includes eWeb 2 Sales clients and strategic partners.  We always encourage new people to join us.   On average,  we have about five to seven participants from Atlanta and nationwide on every session and make about 36 connections.  Since we started doing this since 2006, we have coached or connected over 3,950 business owners and entrepreneurs.  In 2010, we made 1,062 connections.  Last year, we have produced 1,470 connections.</p>
<p>What we do is a combination of networking and coaching.   Our goal is to share information, knowledge and inspire business owners and entrepreneurs to be the best that they can be.  It is a good opportunity for B2B and B2C companies.  Companies from different  industries participate.</p>

<p>Success can be a lifelong quest, or a bitter disappointment. What’s worse is, you may already<br />
be successful and not even know it! Attaining success requires understanding how to set goals<br />
as well as how to handle obstacles, setbacks and sometimes even failures. This applies to all<br />
areas of life, including (topic of radio show). Success can bring us tremendous pleasure and a<br />
sense of well being, or it can exacerbate our fears and bring on disappointment and despair.</p>
<p>Our guest today, Max Bolka, is a 30-year veteran of a very successful national financial planning<br />
and investment consulting firm. Along the way, he learned many important lessons which apply<br />
to every aspect of life. In his personal life, Max simultaneously became a 30-year practitioner,<br />
student and teacher of Ayurveda (EYE-ur-VAY-dah), a 5,000-year old holistic “Science of Life.”</p>
<p>Applying what he has learned from these two fields, Max Bolka has helped thousands of people<br />
from all walks of life with a down to Earth, practical approach to personal growth and business<br />
development.</p>
<p>His advice applies to everyday life, business and investing, as well as (Creating Success As An Enlighen Entrepreneur)</p>

<h4>I Am Not A Techie or Geek</h4>
<p>“Why should I use the web and technology for my business? This is not how I make my money. I’m not a techie, nor a geek. I got a company to run. This is not my core competency. I don’t have time (or hours) to spend (or waste) on the The Internet” “I Am Not A Techie or Geek.”</p>
<p>These are not the words of prospects and clients that I have spoken with over the years. That was me. Those were my words. Those were my feelings. In fact, it was 1994 and that was how I felt. When everybody was discovering the “World Wide Web”, frankly, I wasn’t impressed. To me, the web just looked like a way to gain immediate access to data and information. It was like an online encyclopedia, where you can look up lots of information for free.</p>
