Q: What is your background? How long have you been coaching, training, educating, consulting and speaking?
Our founder and president, Kenneth Darryl Brown coached his first class as a 10th grader in high school for Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp (JROTC) unit.
As a junior enlisted man, he earned an academic scholarship to the University of Michigan. Ken became a commissioned officer in the United States Navy and was a division officer and department head in his early twenties.
This military and academic background has served him well as a valuable strategic partner, advisor, coach, trainer and consultant. Additionally, Ken was selected as one of the first executive coaches for Krauthammer International, a successful sales, leadership and communication coaching and consulting company in Europe which focuses on not only WHAT to do but, HOW to do it.
